Heart to Heart gladly accepts donations of goods in addition to monetary donations!
All donations are to be delivered directly to First Community South. Please leave donations on the blue or red carts marked for this purpose, which is in the alley across from the dumpsters, beneath the overhang, near the kitchen doors. This is the only area Heart to Heart can accept donations outside the building. Donations left elsewhere may not be received.
Non-perishable food items must be unopened and unexpired. We also accept personal care items and pet food. Follow us on social media for information regarding our most needed items for donation!
Heart to Heart is not staffed to accept bulk or perishable donations during all church business hours. To make arrangements ahead of your bulk delivery, please email Yohan Kim, Food Pantry Manager or call him at (614) 488-0681 x203.
If you have a perishable donation (fruit, meat, etc.), please drop it off during these times so our volunteers can properly and immediately store them:
We would also happily accept donations of produce during our drive-thru client distribution hours, Tue and Thu 9 am – 12 pm.

We appreciate your donation of supplies used in food pantry operations! It takes more than just kind hearts and willing hands to effectively operate the food pantry. You can support our work through donation of items that are used regularly at Heart to Heart. From appliances and equipment to markers and grocery bags, every material donation received allows us to direct more of our funding to the purchase of food for distribution to clients.
First Community Church will hold a once-a-month donation collection during Sunday worship services to promote material contributions to Heart to Heart. If you are attending services at North, please look for the donation station sign in the parking lot and drop off your donations before you come inside! If you’re attending services at South, please look for the donation cart at Crane welcome center, where you can drop off your donation with our volunteer. We will share our theme each month in emails, blogs, newsletters and on the screens on Sundays, or click below for this year’s schedule. We hope these fun themes will encourage donation participation!
Your group can become one of our beloved community partners by hosting your own drive! We welcome your participation and appreciate your support of the community. We gladly accept donations of any non-perishable food items, baby care, household or hygiene products.
Please coordinate the event with us to ensure it is mutually beneficial. We will discuss needs and logistics to make the process run smoothly. Contact Yohan Kim, Food Pantry Manager to start planning.
