We talked about honoring the Rotary Club
I will reach out to Mark Van Horn he is a videographer and photographer to help with taking photos and videos of the actual event on the 7th.
We talked about having testimonials at the end of the event to promote for next year
Maintenance will not remove choir risers
Craig and I are working on creating promotional videos
Kitty has secured 2 raffle packages. One is the Blue Jackets and I can’t think of the other.
Next meeting is Jan. 8th at 11am at South Library
